We focus on protecting service user data both from an internet security standpoint and by adhering to requirements of international data protection standards for compliance on patients’ data and privacy. The video and text shared by users with their therapists are encrypted, and the information on their electronic health records are only accessed by the responsible mental health professional.
Specific information may be used in cases of emergency to guarantee the safety of service users or anyone else.
