These are the general and specific terms, conditions, requirements, rules, specifications, and standards adopted by "Psyter". They are the guidelines that users of "Psyter" must adhere to in order to benefit from the services provided by the platform. By using the "Psyter" website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, you are not entitled to the benefits provided by the site.

2. Legitimate Use:

  • To access the "Psyter" platform, users must be at least 18 years old. Those younger must have parental supervision. Users must also have full legal capacity unless approved by a legal guardian.
  • Users acknowledge and confirm that they have the legal right and capacity to use the "Psyter" platform or that their legal guardian agrees on their behalf.
  • Users must not redistribute or republish downloaded content from "Psyter" without the platform's approval.
  • Users agree not to engage in any activities that could negatively affect the platform's operation or cause unreasonable disturbance to its operators.

3. Purpose of the Platform:

  • "Psyter" is an online platform aimed at providing psychological health services and enhancing life by connecting mental health service providers and trainers with individuals seeking these services.
  • Opinions or advice provided by care providers do not necessarily reflect the views of the platform owners; they are the individual opinions of care providers and may vary depending on the case.
  • All mental health service providers are licensed individuals, certified by relevant authorities in Saudi Arabia.
  • Although the platform aims to assist in resolving psychological issues, it may not replace traditional in-person treatment. The platform and its services may not be suitable for everyone.
  • The platform and its services may not be appropriate for all cases, and "Psyter" is only responsible for the cases accepted by the care providers.
  • "Psyter" does not guarantee desired outcomes, as results may vary depending on the condition, type of care provided, and the beneficiary's readiness to receive treatment.

4. Intellectual Property:

  • All intellectual property rights and copyrights for materials, content, and services provided on the "Psyter" platform are owned by the platform and its owners.
  • Users are only permitted to use the platform's content and benefit from services provided by care providers as authorized by us.

5. User Obligations:

  • By agreeing to use the "Psyter" platform, users are committed to interacting with the relevant authorities in their region, whether security or medical, depending on the circumstances.
  • If a beneficiary contemplates self-harm or harm to others due to their illness, the platform is not responsible for any harm caused, as long as the beneficiary is under treatment on the platform.
  • The platform, its owners, operators, or care providers bear no responsibility for any damage resulting from the behavior of the beneficiary during their treatment.
  • Users are not permitted to promote any other platform or external service within "Psyter".

6. Financial Transactions and Refund Policy:

  • Payment for sessions is made at the time of booking on the platform.
  • If a beneficiary misses their scheduled appointment, no refund will be issued, whether in part or in full.
  • If the beneficiary cancels their appointment at least 24 hours before the session, the amount will be refunded to their wallet.
  • When the Care provider/coach cancels the appointment through the platform, the amount will be refunded directly to the client’s wallet.
  • Cancelations or changes to appointments must be coordinated directly with the care provider at least one day before the session.
  • No cancelations or changes will be permitted without respecting the 24-hour notice period.
  • A 15% VAT is applied for non-Saudi citizens in addition to the session price.

7. Discounts and Codes:

  • The platform provides discount codes to certain organizations or companies associated with users.
  • Discount codes are valid for two weeks from the date of issue.
  • Unused codes cannot be refunded or converted to credit after their expiration.
  • Beneficiaries cannot claim a refund if two weeks have passed from the cancelation date without contacting customer service.

8. Privacy:

  • "Psyter" is committed to safeguarding user privacy.
  • Information collected by care providers is treated as confidential and shared only with those providing treatment.
  • All beneficiary data submitted to the platform is kept confidential and only accessed when necessary for treatment or security reasons.

9. Safety:

  • The platform is dedicated to ensuring the safety of beneficiaries.
  • "Psyter" is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of user identities and not disclosing personal information except to care providers or in urgent security situations.
  • If a care provider misbehaves with a beneficiary, users should report it via the platform's website to allow management to take legal action as appropriate.

10. Termination:

  • The platform has the right to terminate a user's agreement at any time if they violate the terms.
  • "Psyter" also reserves the right to terminate the agreement based on user misconduct.

11. Communication:

  • Communication with users will occur via the address, email, or phone number provided during registration.
  • To contact the "Psyter" management, users may email or visit the office in person to express concerns or submit complaints.

12. Applicable Law:

  • The laws of Saudi Arabia govern the relationship between "Psyter" and its users.
  • In the event of any dispute, jurisdiction will lie with Saudi Arabian courts, based on the location of "Psyter" management.
